1 - Snap lock seam,

2 - Pittsburgh seam

3 - Duct zipper seam.

 

Button snap lock and Pittsburgh lock can be produced on the lock forming machines. The Pittsburgh seam shows much better results and can also be used for a higher pressure.

Duct Zipper (Duct seaming style), allows you to produce the highest quality duct much faster, easier and more profitable than ever before.

The Zipper machine is suitable to work with Duct Auto Line III.

There are mainly two kinds of flange systems of duct connection. American standard and European standard, which is TDF flange recommended by SMACNA association and  TDC flange recommended by British Refrigeration Association.

LAROSA knows flange structure very well, and quite familiar with the standards of duct pressure test and leakage test, including SMACNA, DW144/142, GB50243-97 standards. LAROSA import flange forming machines from CHINA  to achieve the international standard.
