Delivery & Installation

PACKING, DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY
 
Larosa is responsible to load the machine/s from our Showroom or warehouse up to the buyer’s factory/company place within U.A.E, but for unloading procedure buyer is responsible to arrange all equipments necessary for unloading such as crane or forklift .. etc. 
if the shipment outside U.A.E we are responsible to load the machines to the customer truck or arrange the machines inside the container only.
if customer need our help to deliver the machines to his country we can provide this service by charge.
Our team will help the customer to arrange their machine/s in the work place during delivery time.
Since machines are heavy equipment, packing is quite simple. We are using high-end quality plastic wrapper to cover all the parts and to protect the machine/s as well from the weather environment. 
We are issuing only the standard documents such as certificate of origin, Invoice, Packing list and Bill of Lading as the shipping documents.
Inspection certificates such as SGS or BIVAC Certificate and others will be buyer responsibility.
 
INSTALLATION POLICY
Working time
One (1) week must be the time span to do the Installation, Commissioning and Training most especially for all types of Roll Forming Machine but if it is manual machines only 1 or 2 days will be enough. 
Arranging the nessesarry material for installation and commissioning
Before the scheduled date given to you make sure that electrical connections and oils if required are all prepared. Hydraulic Oil, Gear Oil and any lubricant materials should be provided by the buyer.Oil depends to the machine you purchased. Buyer are obliged to prepare the raw materials for testing purposes.Operators are obliged to read the manual operation very carefully to avoid the error or any technical problem.
 
REPAIRING POLICY

We are giving 1 year guarantee including spare parts for all the machines we sell. But there are some certain rules in replacing the spare parts. If our technician found out that parts has been broken or burned due to wrong operation meaning customer will be liable to replace the parts but Larosa will still giving you free service for that. 

Spare Parts

We keep spare parts in our store for any machine sold in the market ,We guarantee that the buyer can find the spare parts required for his machine withen 5 years from date of purchase.
